Filter that converts Path elements into Boundary Elements

Parameters:

exclude_layers: list and List with type restriction, allowed types: <class ‘ipkiss.primitives.layer.Layer’>, optional

layers that need to be excluded from the filter

layers: list and List with type restriction, allowed types: <class ‘ipkiss.primitives.layer.Layer’>, optional

layers on which the filter needs to be applied

name: ( str and String that contains only ISO/IEC 8859-1 (extended ASCII py3) or pure ASCII (py2) characters ), optional, *None allowed*
