Logical component: a termination Has one input, no outputs. A reflectivity can be specified but defaults to 0.0 Use this to terminate terminals of PCells to avoid reflections and unconnected terms

Parameters:

name: String that contains only ISO/IEC 8859-1 (extended ASCII py3) or pure ASCII (py2) characters
