Map between GDSII Layers and PPLayers

Parameters:

pplayer_map: dict, required

map of (process, purpose) to (layer,datatype)

gdsiilayer_map: dict, optional

map of (layer,datatype) to PPLayer

ignore_undefined_mappings: ( bool, bool_ or int ), optional

When True, unknown PPLayers are just ignored. Otherwise an error is generated.
