get_material_stacks

ipkiss3.all.device_sim.get_material_stacks(layout, material_stack_factory=None, process_flow=None)

Convenience function that returns material stacks used to fabricate the structure.

Parameters:

layoutLayoutView

Layout of the structure that is fabricated.

process_flowVFabricationProcessFlow, optional

Defines the virtual fabrication stacks. The default is TECH.VFABRICATION.PROCESS_FLOW.

material_stack_factoryMaterialStackFactory, optional

A set of material stacks that define the virtual fabrication. The default is TECH.MATERIAL_STACKS.
